MARAPENDA

Looking out across the great plains of the Masai Mara, Marapenda enjoys some of the classic sights and sounds of the African bush. A casual safari space, the three bedrooms all situated on the second floor ensuring lovely vistas over the plains, with zebras, giraffes, wildebeests all regular visitors to the waterhole out front. Each room has an ensuite bathrooms, as well as its own balcony. The “Cottage” has two more bedrooms and works well for a second family, or older kids.
 
Marapenda House was built by one of Kenya’s leading “beach and bush” designers, and each part of the house has its own unique character. From the plate glass zebra and chameleon, to the spiral stairs leading up to the Sundowner deck with epic 360 degree views across the vast Mara ecosystem.
 
Immerse in your own piece of wild Africa here, with the sounds of lions and hyenas drifting in at night as you enjoy the wonderful cuisine and fine wines with friends and family.
